What we are doing about it:
- Power – 100kW roof top solar in Perth, Australia and 7kW in Red Lodge, Montana. Actively seeking further opportunities for renewable energy implementation.
- Recycling initiatives for oil and fluids in our machines, swarf and other scrap metal.
- Additive manufacturing to reduce plastic waste.
- Landcare volunteering.
- Modern equipment and machinery, to maximize efficiency.
- High productivity to maximize the utility of assets.
- Carbon footprint reporting to maintain our awareness of our impact.

What we are about:
We are committed to culture of respect for each other and the wider community – cultivated originally but reinformed by our commitment to 5 core values and 7 core behaviours.
What are we doing about it:
- Building an organizational architecture, covering all core competencies for visibility, performance management and succession planning.
- Catering to the many needs of our team members through flexible work arrangements.
- Community volunteering with such as land care volunteers for revegetation projects.
- Taking care of our team member’s well-being by ensuring we offer access to a comprehensive EAP (Employee Assistance Program).
- Sponsoring The Groundwater Project, a global philanthropic initiative dedicated to tackling the world’s freshwater crisis.
- Sponsoring community sports teams in Western Australia and Montana.
- Implementation of our anti-slavery policy aligned with article 4 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, “No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms”.

- Implementation of strict policies aimed at maintaining the highest ethical standards including anti-slavery and against bribery and corruption.
- Maintaining a high level of QHSE accreditation to ensure we offer the best products and services to our customers.
